An excellent opportunity for an Estimator with civil construction experience to join a rapidly growing, industry-leading contractor delivering high-value infrastructure and site development projects across Central Florida, with a clear progression path into Preconstruction Management.

Are you an Estimator with experience using Agtek? Do you want to work on large-scale civil projects while advancing your career within a company known for growth, stability, and internal progression?

This well-established contractor has experienced significant expansion in recent years and has secured a strong pipeline of long-term projects across site development, earthwork, and civil infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Estimator to their highly regarded preconstruction team.

This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for preparing competitive bids and estimates, performing quantity take-offs, pricing materials and subcontractors, and collaborating closely with Project Managers and senior leadership throughout the bidding process.

This role would suit an Estimator or Junior Estimator from a civil construction background looking to develop technically and professionally within a supportive and fast-growing organization.

The Role:

• Preparing estimates, bids, and project submittals
• Performing quantity take-offs using Agtek
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Working closely with Project Managers and field teams
• Attending client and preconstruction meetings

The Person :

• Experience with in civil construction estimating
• Knowledge of Agtek and quantity take-offs
• Experience with site development, earthwork, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Motivated to progress and develop within a growing company
