We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead all on‑site operations for high‑voltage substation construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary authority at the job site, overseeing daily activities, coordinating contractors, enforcing safety and environmental standards, and ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. This position requires a proactive, hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, the ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, and exceptional communication skills to drive project success in a dynamic construction environment.

- Drive day‑to‑day operational excellence through clear direction, efficient coordination, and strong leadership of construction crews and contractors.
- Ensure project success by closely monitoring progress, identifying risks early, and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain the highest quality standards by conducting daily inspections and ensuring all work meets plans, specifications, and milestone expectations.
- Strengthen project alignment through transparent, consistent communication with project managers, engineering teams, and clients.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting that supports informed decision‑making and keeps stakeholders fully updated on site conditions and project status.
- Proven experience managing high‑voltage substation construction projects, including full oversight of construction site operations and contractor coordination.
- Strong understanding of grid operations, substation controls and automation, and the ability to interpret complex electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated capability in QA/QC processes, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and safety program standards.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance, with a track record of enforcing safety protocols and fostering a culture of safe work practices.
- Ability to produce accurate daily/weekly project reports, track progress, and document field activities to support transparent project execution.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership abilities, with the capacity to coordinate stakeholders and guide crews in a fast‑paced construction environment.
