LHH is partnering with one of our valued clients to identify a Multifamily Preconstruction Manager supporting in Orlando, Florida. This individual will serve as a key resource during the preconstruction phase of multifamily projects, partnering with developers, builders, general contractors, estimating teams, and operations personnel to evaluate opportunities, develop budgets, review project scope, and support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, finish schedules, and project documents for multifamily developments
- Analyze project scope and identify flooring, tile, laminate, and interior finish requirements
- Develop and review project budgets, labor forecasts, pricing strategies, and installation requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the preconstruction process to support accurate scope development and project execution.
- Support proposal development, scope reviews, bid preparation, and pricing
- Evaluate constructability, project risks, labor requirements, and scheduling considerations
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, project management, and sales teams to support project success
- Serve as a technical resource regarding installation methods, sequencing, project logistics, and scope development
- Support project turnover from preconstruction through operations to ensure alignment and execution
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction, preconstruction, estimating, and project management
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, construction drawings, and finish schedules
- Experience developing estimates, budgets, proposals, scope of work documents, and pricing packages
- Understanding of labor planning, installation methods, project scheduling, and construction sequencing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with developers, builders, general contractors, and internal stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimating or project management software
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $125, 0000-$150,000 annually plus + vehicle allowance
