Senior Superintendent

A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a large multifamily project in Orlando.

This role will lead day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedule, enforce safety standards, and ensure the project is delivered to a high standard from sitework through final turnover

• Manage daily site operations and field coordination
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and onsite manpower
• Maintain project schedule and drive key construction milestone
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, logistics, and material flow
• Ensure work is completed to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Lead site safety meetings and enforce company safety procedures
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, ownership, and trade partners
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
• Strong knowledge of sitework, structure, MEP coordination, interiors, and closeout
• Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and fast-paced project schedules
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
