Project Manager, Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across Central Florida. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including ground up construction, renovations, and tenant buildouts across sectors such as industrial, retail, office, and medical. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and maintain documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Monitor cost control, billing, forecasting, and overall project financials
• Support field teams and ensure alignment between office and jobsite
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business efforts

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience with ground up builds, renovations, and tenant improvement projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and construction documentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Central Florida preferred
