We're hiring for an experienced Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for estimating, pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations for a large variety of commercial and government construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Estimating and quantity take-offs
• Preparing and managing bid packages
• Scheduling
• Cost control
• Managing RFI
• Subcontractor management
• Obtains pricing for materials
• Client relations
• Procurement
• Bid analysis and quality control

Requirements:

• 3+ years' commercial or government estimating project experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
• Takeoff Experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Federal or government project experience preferred
