With a growing project pipeline throughout Central Florida, they are seeking a Superintendent who can contribute immediately and help maintain their commitment to client satisfaction and project excellence. Description Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to achieve key milestones and deadlines.
Conduct daily site inspections and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance. Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle. Review drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and proactively resolve field challenges. Maintain project documentation, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout activities. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects. Proven experience overseeing projects ranging from $500K to $10M. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.
Experience with AHCA-regulated projects is a major plus. Proficiency with Procore and/or Red Team construction management software is preferred. OSHA 30 certification is advantageous.
