Description Plan and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and safety standards. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to address project needs and challenges.
Regularly report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction to minimize delays and cost overruns. Profile A successful Construction Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction and project management within the property industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency. Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and safety practices. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
