Construction Project Manager - Orlando

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution, to ensure successful completion. Description Plan and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and safety standards. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to address project needs and challenges.

Regularly report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction to minimize delays and cost overruns.
