CRP Group is seeking an experienced Site Development Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction estimating and be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive bids for site development, earthwork, underground utilities, roadway, and paving projects.
Responsibilities- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to prepare complete project estimates
- Perform quantity take offs for earthwork, utilities, paving, concrete, and related site development work
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bid proposals, and project budgets
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients throughout the bidding process
- Maintain accurate estimating records and support project handoff after contract award
- Strong understanding of construction plans, quantity take offs, and estimating software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Preferred: 5+ years of estimating experience and familiarity with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software
