Residential Field Manager (Roofing)

OverviewAs a Residential Field Manager, you will oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve managing on‑site operations, coordinating, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in residential roofing construction
- 3+ years of roofing project management experience
- 5+ years of experience with metal, shingle, and tile roof systems
- Ability to read plans, understand installation details, scopes of work and job specifications
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations (certifications are a plus but not required)
- Must be a team player and able to work closely with our project managers and labor crews
- Detail oriented (filling out daily reports, safety requirements, etc.)
- MUST have a valid driver’s license
- Work together with the project manager and office team to meet project deadlines and identify and address issues during construction.
- Submit daily reports that include safety, job progress, crew roll call and other pertinent project information.
- Understand project scope in and out prior to starting the project; foresee potential issues, delays or need for additional information from client, GC, etc.
- Provide A+ customer service to our clients/GCs; address their needs, preferences, and culture; keep open communication throughout the project duration.
- Promote positive subcontractor relations and work together with all teams on the project site.
Working within the greater Sarasota/Tampa area.
Job Type & PayFull-time, hourly pay based on experience.
Expected Hours45‑50 per week with opportunity for overtime.
Schedule- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
