This opportunity is for an E/D Construction Manager responsible for leading the E/D department and multiple crews in building and dismantling access solutions, with tasks including paperwork, bidding support, scheduling, and ensuring safety compliance.
Responsibilities- Lead the entire E/D department, including multiple crews, in building and dismantling access solutions.
- Complete paperwork related to multiple jobsites, assist with bidding work, and schedule crews.
- Work with the Project Manager on large projects.
- Manage, hire, and recruit labor crews; coach, train, and mentor labor crews.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of labor crews and supervise multiple jobsites.
- Schedule labor crews for future work.
- Supervise and assist with erection and dismantling of scaffolding at multiple locations; inventory scaffolding.
- Coordinate timely pick-ups for dismantles and deliveries for erections.
- Complete necessary documentation (sign-offs, extra work authorizations, JSAs, safety plans, delivery/pickup tickets, etc.).
- Understand all aspects of the business operation and markets; understand and implement safety regulations for products, site safety, and facilities.
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Profit Center Manager.
- Oversee execution and oversight in the Foreman Training Program.
- Scaffold Safety Orientation
- Supported Scaffold Builder I/II/III
- First Aid/CPR
- Forklift Certification
- Crane Rigging and Signaling
- Reasonable Suspicion procedures
- College degree or trade school preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years scaffold experience or equivalent construction experience with degree, or 8 years in a relatable industry.
The role may require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws. Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay Range: $74,501.00 – . Total compensation includes base pay plus a robust bonus plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience. Benefits package (full-time employees) includes:

You become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Paid time off includes: 12–25 vacation days (based on service), 5 sick days, 6 holidays, 2 half-day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, and 1 volunteer day, subject to Sunbelt policies.
