Project Manager

My client is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial glazing background who enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field teams.

You’ll oversee projects from handover through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage commercial glass and glazing projects from award through completion.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, typically 25–30 active jobs at any one time.
• Manage a portfolio with a combined value of approximately $3 million
  .
• Coordinate project schedules, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Work closely with customers, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Monitor project budgets, labour costs, and profitability.
• Schedule materials and field crews to ensure projects remain on track.
• Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedules or budgets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company quality and safety standards.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager within the commercial glass and glazing industry.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized commercial glazing projects valued between $10,000 and $1 million.
• Ability to successfully juggle 25 - 30 projects simultaneously while remaining highly organised.
• Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and commercial glazing systems.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
