Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to lead complex, high-profile construction projects? Our client, a leading mechanical contractor in the Orlando market, is actively seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with experience managing HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping scopes on large commercial and industrial projects.

What You'll Do- Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Lead project planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Work closely with field teams, superintendents, engineers, and executives to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project financials, change orders, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects including:
- Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities

- 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience with a mechanical contractor.
- Experience managing HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping scopes.
- Proven success delivering large commercial or industrial mechanical projects.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project financial management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar.
