Job Summary

A growing construction firm in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Estimator to support commercial construction and hotel renovation projects. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction estimating professional who enjoys developing accurate cost estimates, evaluating bids, and helping position projects for successful execution.

• Prepare detailed conceptual, budgetary, and final construction estimates for commercial construction and hotel renovation projects.
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements to develop accurate pricing.
• Solicit, compare, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure complete and competitive proposals.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, risk reviews, and value engineering recommendations.
• Develop bid packages, proposal documents, and project handoff information for operations and project management teams.
• Maintain current pricing data, vendor relationships, and subcontractor communication throughout the estimating process.

• Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
