Falcon Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent in various locations. Come join our growing organization!

The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for planning and coordinating construction projects. This role ensures quality of work and materials, monitors the budget, and oversees operations on site. The superintendent ensures workers follow the design plans, reports progress to the employer and the public, and ensures the project is completed on time and to established standards.

• Ensure that health and safety project plans are implemented.
• Be on site to oversee the construction process.
• Ensure that subcontractors perform as required.
• Track total cost of materials purchased and payments for work performed.
• Work with government inspectors on standard site licenses and safety requirements.
• Track the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time.
• Maintain quality throughout the construction process and manage the budget.
• Hold weekly site safety meetings.

• 3–5+ years of retail and restaurant fit-out or other relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel coast to coast to supervise various franchise buildouts.
• Advanced knowledge of Procore is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills to enable easy internal client education.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic hand tools for jobsite tasks.

Extensive travel could be required. Must be able to move around the job site as needed and lift up to 50 pounds.
