Preconstruction Manager Orlando

Position Overview

Stevens Construction is seeking a preconstruction professional responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of preconstruction services—from conceptual budgeting through project turnover to operations. This role combines advanced estimating expertise, departmental leadership, client engagement, risk management, and strategic planning to ensure projects are competitively positioned, accurately budgeted, strategically structured, and aligned with Stevens Construction’s long‑term business objectives while working with team members and driving continuous improvement.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating and preconstruction leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in construction estimating software and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, systems, and sequencing.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE).
