Lead Projects. Build Great Teams. Deliver Quality.S.I. Goldman Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead commercial mechanical construction projects throughout Central Florida.

What You'll DoAs a Mechanical Foreman, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial mechanical projects by:
- Leading and supervising field crews
- Coordinating work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Planning daily work activities and scheduling labor efficiently
- Monitoring project progress, quality, and productivity
- Ensuring all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes
- Maintaining a safe jobsite and enforcing OSHA requirements
- Tracking labor, materials, daily reports, and change orders
- Identifying and resolving field issues to keep projects moving forward
Qualified candidates should have:
- Minimum 5 years of pipe fitting or mechanical construction experience
- Previous experience leading commercial mechanical construction crews
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using an iPad or computer in the field
- OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
