We are looking for a Superintendent to join a premier, family‑run industry leader with a 75‑year legacy of excellence across the Carolinas. This is a true self‑performing position where you’ll be on the ground leading your own crews and taking real ownership of high‑stakes water and wastewater projects.
Responsibilities- Join a premier North Carolina general contractor as a Field Superintendent, spearheading large‑scale water and wastewater treatment plant initiatives.
- Foster proactive partnerships with owners, engineers, and inspectors to ensure seamless project continuity and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to manage submittals, RFIs, and cost controls while maintaining meticulous daily documentation.
- 5‑10+ years supervising water/wastewater treatment or heavy civil projects for a GC.
- Extensive hands‑on knowledge of structural concrete, process mechanical systems, and complex deep excavation/shoring techniques.
- Willingness to travel to jobs across NC (Raleigh, Wilmington, and surrounding areas).
