Senior Hybrid Scheduler

A growing project controls consultancy is looking to add a Senior Scheduler to its Orlando team. This is an opportunity to work on major capital projects while enjoying a hybrid schedule and collaborating with a team that places project controls at the center of project success.

Orlando, FL | Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

• Developing and maintaining detailed Primavera P6 schedules
• Performing schedule analysis, updates, and progress reporting
• Supporting project teams with forecasting and schedule risk identification
• Reviewing project performance and providing recovery recommendations
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Contributing to project controls best practices across multiple projects

• Strong Primavera P6 scheduling experience
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or capital projects
• Ability to develop, update, and analyze complex project schedules
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting schedule data and project metrics to leadership teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred
