Service Painting Corporation Orlando, FL is looking for a Painting Estimator / Project Manager to join our esteemed Orlando team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and professionalism to our clients.

• Perform precise take-offs and pricing using statistical data, material price lists, and labor costs.
• Collaborate with project coordination staff/ownership to confirm bid submissions and ensure accuracy.
• Provide conceptual estimates based on specifications, drawings, quantities, and preliminary data.
• Support the estimating process by performing related duties as needed.

Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation effectively.
• Proficiency in mathematics, formulas, and calculations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with onscreen take off(OST) or Planswift estimating software is a plus.

Construction estimating: 2 years (Preferred); additional training provided for suitable candidates.
