Lead detailed estimating for major commercial and institutional projects, ensuring cost accuracy, transparency, and alignment with design and client goals.

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses for all scopes.
• Review project documentation and details in order to prepare constructability reviews, PRFI’s, detailed estimates, clarifications and scopes of work.
• Lead communication with subcontractors for solicitation, scope reviews, and leveling processes.
• Develop cost histories and maintain pricing databases for benchmarking.
• Support VE efforts, alternate pricing, and design-phase budgeting.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction Managers to finalize GMPs.

• 7–10 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in CSI divisions and trade-specific cost evaluation.
• Proficient in takeoff and estimating software systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with negotiated CM and design-assist projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
