The Industrial Superintendent will oversee ground-up construction projects in the property sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing site operations, coordinating with teams, and ensuring safety compliance. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Supervise and lead site teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration. Inspect work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Profile A successful Industrial Superintendent should have:
Experience with ground-up construction projects in the property sector. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage site operations effectively. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
