Mechanical Project Manager – Central Florida
G&E Partners is partnered with a leading self-performing specialty subcontractor that is actively expanding its project teams across Central Florida due to a strong pipeline of large-scale commercial work.
They are looking to bring on an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead major HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing project teams, clients, financials, procurement, scheduling, and overall project delivery.

Requirements:
A driven Mechanical Project Manager with the following background:
- 10+ years of project management experience within commercial mechanical construction.
- Local to Central Florida, or open to relocating.
- Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects with contract values of $10M+.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Experience across major commercial sectors including healthcare, data centers, hospitality, higher education, aviation, entertainment, and industrial.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, change orders, and contract administration.
- Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, schedules, and client relationships.
- Experience with design-build, design-assist, or negotiated projects.
- Strong understanding of construction safety, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.
