Salary Range:$80,000- $120,000 annually

Reports To:

This position reports functionally Client Representative for functional/project oversight and CES Company Representative employment, performance management, and contractual administration.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide dedicated on-site construction oversight and coordination during night‑shift operations (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) for a large, active construction program. This role is responsible for maintaining a continuous project management presence during overnight work, coordinating with contractors and field staff, monitoring progress and site conditions, and communicating issues, risks, and accomplishments to the day‑shift team.

The ideal candidate is able to work independently during off‑hours, make sound decisions in the field, and remain flexible to transition between night and day shifts as project scheduling and operational needs evolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on‑site project management support during night shift construction operations
  • Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with project requirements
  • Monitor ongoing construction activities and report progress, issues, and risks to the day shift team
  • Assist with documentation, daily reports, and shift handover summaries
  • Support schedule adherence, issue resolution, and field coordination under limited supervision
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for night shift‑related activities when applicable
Qualifications

Required

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a related bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience in Project/Construction Management.
  • Experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role on large or complex construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently during off‑hours
  • Experience working night shifts or on projects with extended hours preferred
  • Ability to attend an in‑person interview in Orlando and Availability to work onsite full‑time.

Technical

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of document control and other project management information software.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
