Superintendent : Industrial & Renovations

The Superintendent will oversee industrial and TI/renovation projects in Orlando, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining safety compliance on-site. Client Details Voted one of Orlando's top GCs to work for over the last 10 years. Description Supervise and manage daily operations of industrial and renovation construction sites.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines. Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specifications and standards. Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to team members as needed.

Profile A successful Superintendent should have:
Experience managing construction projects, particularly in industrial and renovations. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee teams and subcontractors. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Job Offer Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD.
