GQ Construction Florida LLC is a family-owned and growing general contracting company serving multifamily and commercial properties throughout Central Florida.
Our work includes exterior renovations, painting and coatings, waterproofing, carpentry, structural repairs, concrete repairs, and other capital improvement projects. We are looking for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor who can maintain a consistent field presence and help ensure our projects are completed professionally, safely, within budget, on time, and according to the approved scope of work.
Position OverviewGQ Construction Florida LLC is hiring a Site Supervisor to support daily field operations on multifamily and commercial renovation projects throughout Central Florida.
This is a field supervision and subcontractor coordination role
. It is not currently a Superintendent or Project Manager position; however, it is a strong growth path for someone who wants to develop into those roles over time.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining daily jobsite presence, coordinating subcontractors, documenting progress, monitoring quality and safety, and communicating field updates to the Head of Operations.
The right person for this role is dependable, organized, comfortable being on active jobsites, and able to hold subcontractors accountable while keeping leadership informed of progress, delays, access issues, safety
Responsibilities- Maintain daily presence on assigned jobsites.
- Confirm subcontractor attendance, crew size, work areas, and daily progress.
- Coordinate daily work areas and priorities with subcontractors.
- Monitor work for quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with the approved scope of work.
- Perform daily quality checks and report incomplete work, poor workmanship, incorrect materials, or damage caused by subcontractors.
- Confirm work areas are reasonably secured and that subcontractors are following property rules, safety expectations, and cleanup requirements.
- Take and submit daily progress photos, issue photos, and completion photos as needed.
- Provide clear daily field updates to the Head of Operations.
- Report delays, manpower issues, incomplete work, safety concerns, access issues, resident concerns, or property issues.
- Communicate basic field coordination needs with property staff, such as access, work areas, resident notices, and immediate site concerns.
- Track punch-list items and support final walkthroughs.
- Help coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and site access as needed.
- Preparing estimates or pricing.

- Multifamily or commercial renovation experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow scopes of work, project plans, schedules, and subcontractor agreements.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify workmanship, safety, access, and scheduling concerns.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable traveling to projects throughout Central Florida.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work around active occupied properties, residents, property teams, and subcontractors.
- Ability to identify and report quality concerns, safety concerns, access issues, and potential scope concerns in a timely manner.
