Safety Manager

The Safety Manager will oversee and implement safety protocols and compliance measures for construction projects within the property industry. This role ensures the safety and well-being of all team members while maintaining adherence to industry regulations and standards. Client Details A top ENR Rated GC headquartered in Orlando. Description Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures across construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Provide safety training and guidance to employees and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of safety audits and training sessions. Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into project planning. Monitor and track safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
