The 3D/2D Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for creating motion-based learning and enablement content for an enterprise technology organization’s Learning & Development function.

• This role focuses on designing and producing 2D and 3D motion graphics using After Effects and Blender to support instructional content, internal communications, and executive-facing learning experiences.
• The designer partners with instructional designers, creative strategists, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually coherent animations that align with established brand systems and accessibility standards.
• Work includes developing reusable motion assets, templates, and visual frameworks that can scale across programs, balancing creative execution with consistency, clarity, and production efficiency.
• In addition to solid skills with the Adobe Creative Suite, candidates should have proficiency in current AI video & design models like Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana, etc.
• Experience in Figma is a plus.

Education

BA or certification in design or film
