- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual communication
- Creativity in translating ideas into compelling design concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with branding, presentation design, or marketing materials
- Familarity with AutoCAD or architectural/design-related workflows
- Experience with 3D modeling or rendering software (3ds Max, Blender, Maya, etc.)
- Motion graphics, video editing, photography, or web design experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam, or project management tools
- Create high-quality design packages, presentations, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop templates, layouts, booklets, and branded deliverables in In Design
- Edit and enhance renderings, photographs, and digital assets in Photoshop
- Create and manipulate vector artwork and graphic assets in Illustrator
- Support branding, visual storytelling, and creative marketing initiatives across multiple company brands
- Produce mood boards, presentation graphics, layouts, and curated visual reference materials
- Produce hand sketches and layouts for presentations as needed
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, manufacturers, and creative teams on project-related content
- Maintain company design standards and contribute ideas for creative refinements and improvements
- Assist with post-production editing for renderings, photography, or visual presentations when needed
- Manage multiple deadlines while staying organized and detail-focused
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing studio culture
