Student Intern - Multimedia​/Graphic Design

Representative Duties/Assignments

• Assist in producing photography, videography, and graphic design content for digital and print use.
• Support creation of marketing materials including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Capture and edit photo/video content for events, campaigns, and internal initiatives.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (photo, video, and design files).
• Assist with website updates via the content management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support accessibility efforts by applying basic ADA/WCAG guidelines (training provided).
• Collaborate on content development for web, mobile, and social platforms.
• Assist with video production, including filming, editing, and captioning.
• Support coordination of multimedia projects, including scheduling and equipment prep.
• Provide general support for event coverage and promotional needs across departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited institution. Proof of enrollment will be required if you are selected for an internship.
• Major coursework in multimedia/graphic design, marketing, communications and/or advertising.

• Prior internship experience.
• Junior or senior.
• Excellent writing, communication, time management and project execution skills.
• Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects in an organized fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast‑paced, high‑stress environments.
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross‑functionally with various departments.

Pay Grade: 406 - From $16.40 to $16.95
