Manage and maintain the equipment and supplies used for events to ensure they are clean and secured in the backroom area;
Be the point of contact for all events when the supervisor is absent and communicate with store management about upcoming events;
Assist other event specialists with event kits, materials and tools and provide leadership to the team;
Prepare and serve food samples (including raw meats, produce, and eggs) following food safety guidelines;
Set up and prepare event tables for execution and document success with photos for clients
