Women’s Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women’s healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
Women’s Care is looking for a creative Graphic & Multimedia Designer who can take an idea and bring it to life through thoughtful design, polished video and engaging visual storytelling.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys variety. One day, you may be designing a patient campaign, digital ad or event materials, and the next, you may be editing a provider interview, creating motion graphics or turning raw footage into a compelling video.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a natural sense of pacing and storytelling and the technical skills to create both static and motion formats. You know how to balance creativity with brand consistency and can take a project from concept through final production.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and partners across Women’s Care to create work that informs patients, supports providers, strengthens recruitment and helps the brand show up at its best across every channel.
- Create engaging visual content across print, digital, video, presentations, events and internal communications.
- Design branded materials for patient campaigns, provider promotion, recruitment, community outreach and organizational initiatives.
- Develop digital assets for social media, email, websites, landing pages and paid campaigns.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, postcards, event collateral and practice materials.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, provider promotion, recruitment, events and internal communications.
- Transform raw footage into polished videos using pacing, music, graphics, captions, transitions and basic audio editing.
- Create motion graphics, title cards and animated elements to support video and digital content.
- Repurpose interviews, event footage and longer videos into platform-specific clips.
- Build and maintain templates that support brand consistency across the organization.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into polished, audience-focused designs.
- Partner with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to understand project goals and creative needs.
- Manage multiple design and video projects from concept through final production.
- Prepare files for digital use, print production, video publishing and vendor delivery.
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors and other external partners as needed.
- Maintain organized design files, raw footage, project files, templates and completed assets.
- Ensure all creative work follows Women’s Care brand standards, accessibility guidelines and patient privacy requirements.
- Review creative work for accuracy, quality and consistency before release.
- Stay current on graphic design, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia trends.
- Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of professional graphic design, multimedia design or video-editing experience.
- A professional portfolio showcasing graphic design and video-editing work is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with After Effects, motion graphics or animation is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for print, digital, social media,…
