National Graphic Designer

Hello! Destination Management is seeking a National Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that bring our events and group experiences to life. In this role, you'll design branded proposals, presentations, signage, digital campaigns, and event collateral that support sales and operations teams nationwide. You'll collaborate closely with local markets to adapt creative to each destination while maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate combines strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills with excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects in a service-focused, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design branded proposals, presentations, and event collateral for national programs
• Create print and digital marketing assets, including signage, invitations, and social graphics
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to translate client objectives into visual concepts
• Ensure consistency with Hello! Destination Management and client brand guidelines
• Prepare files for print and digital production, working with vendors as needed
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines across different U.

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining design quality
• Support creative brainstorming for event themes, décor, and attendee experiences
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and guidelines
• Stay current on design trends relevant to events, hospitality, and destination marketing
