Junior Designer at BIGEYE Agency Orlando, FL

We’re seeking a Junior Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably within an agency setting. This is a hands‑on role for a designer ready to level up—contributing to impactful brand identities, campaign visuals, and pitch presentations alongside a collaborative, cross‑functional creative team.

• Design with agility and precision across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Format and organize copy clearly and elegantly, with a deep understanding of typographic hierarchy, flow, and spatial balance
• Develop cohesive brand identity systems—logos (primary + secondary), icons, color palettes, typography, patterns, layout systems, and overall look‑and‑feel
• Build pitch decks, brand guides, and campaign concepts that communicate ideas with clarity and impact
• Participate in client‑facing presentations, discovery sessions, and creative pitches when needed
• Collaborate closely with Art Director and the Creative Director to bring brand ideas to life
• Communicate clearly and professionally—both internally and externally

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

• Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for problem‑solving through design
