Alpha Solar is looking for a motivated and friendly Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our Orlando team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and learning new skills. You'll be a key point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their solar journey.

No prior solar experience is required — we provide training.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers professionally and efficiently
• Answer questions related to solar installations, project timelines, billing, and general inquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments
• Accurately document customer interactions in our system
• Resolve basic issues and elevate more complex concerns when needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
• Represent Alpha Solar with a positive, helpful attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level role — customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in renewable energy is a bonus

• $17–18/hour based on experience
