As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups, and more. This position offers an opportunity to go beyond scripts and play a key role in helping our communities.

What should I bring to the interview?

• Education:
  High school diploma or GED required
• Typing Skills:
  Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Technical Proficiency:
  Ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers; intermediate/advanced technical skills needed
• Availability:
  Open availability 7 days a week
• Pay Expectation:
  Starting at $13/hr during training; pay varies by program fit
