We are seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients with vacation planning, reservations, and general travel-related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and wants a flexible opportunity within the travel industry.
You do not need prior travel experience — training and support are provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with travel questions via email, phone, and online systems
Help process travel reservations and service requests
Provide accurate information on destinations, accommodations, and travel policies
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Follow established procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience
Document client interactions accurately in internal systems
QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic online tools
Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
