About the Role:
Join a fast-paced, friendly, and dynamic sightseeing tour company as part of our Operations Team
! We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys helping travelers experience the best that Central Florida has to offer.
As a Operations Team Member you’ll play a key role in the smooth daily operation of our sightseeing tours – from assisting customers to coordinating with tour guides and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, assisting guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Process daily paperwork, including ticket and payment reconciliation.
- Collaborate with tour guides, vendors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all communications.
- Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of the Orlando/Kissimmee tourism corridor is highly beneficial.
- Valid Class E or higher driver’s license (ability to drive a 14-passenger vehicle occasionally required).
- Ability to work flexible hours – including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
