Position: Part-time Group Greeter - Field Trips & Camps 17/hr

Wonder Works is an indoor amusement park that combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands‑on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.

Group Greeter

We are looking for a Group Greeter to join our dynamic team! As a Group Greeter
, you cater to our groups during their visits! From setup to cleanup, Group Greeters create WONDERful experiences for our guests!

Benefits and Perks as a Wonder Works Team Member:
  • $17/hr Weekly Pay every Friday

This is a part-time position scheduled weekly, Monday-Saturday: 8:45am-3:00pm.

Greeter

Duties Include:
  • Greets and welcomes groups at arrival, responsible for group check-in process, including but not limited to setting up group lines, providing group with rules prior to entry, placing wristbands on each guest, and leading groups to their designated floor.
  • Monitors groups throughout the building ensuring rules are followed at all times.
  • Assists Café team members with group lunch set-up, serving, and clean up.
  • Assists Retail team members with group visits to Wonder Shop ensuring rules are followed at all times.
  • Responsible for actively engaging groups to ensure an enjoyable experience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the work area.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous themed entertainment and sales experience preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal.
