Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound phone orders and process online orders
- Manage orders, including refunds and exchanges
- Communicate across multiple channels: in person, phone, email, live chat, and more
- Provide personalized cigar recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks to ensure product accuracy
- Verify product codes and counts
- Pick, pack, check, restock, and load products for order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
