Responsibilities/Duties
  • Monitor and book internal inventory, Portfolio Accounts and RCI request to ensure that weeks are posted on all company websites
  • Communicate with timeshare resorts to make and/or verify reservations
  • Handle internal communication and resort follow-up
  • Fax proper documentation to resorts for reservation requests
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Correctly utilize the industry demand curve to book desirable reservations
  • Direct incoming customer phone calls to necessary sales agents
  • Run reports as they pertain to reservations made
  • Support Resort Rentals through the GRS Database
Key Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service/call center or related experience
  • Experience in Reservation/Travel Industry/Timeshare
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, strong attention to detail
  • Strong internet and computer software skills
  • Must exhibit professionalism, integrity, and competency befitting of a leader
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and specified
  • Advanced reading comprehension and written communication skills
