Here's the kind of work you'll be excited to dive into:

• Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians, confirming service requests, equipment details, warranties, and parts.
• Optimize routes and solve challenges on the fly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

OR

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Our customer service team would love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in a service department, dispatching, or customer service role
• Are highly organized and great at multitasking
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable with computers and typing
• Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the industrial or automotive industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
