WHAT YOUR DAY AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR - CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST* ACTUALLY* LOOKS LIKE
Here's the kind of work you'll be excited to dive into:
- Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly with customers and technicians, confirming service requests, equipment details, warranties, and parts.
- Optimize routes and solve challenges on the fly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR SERVICE COORDINATOR - CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
OR
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Enjoy evenings and weekends off!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOROur customer service team would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in a service department, dispatching, or customer service role
- Are highly organized and great at multitasking
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are comfortable with computers and typing
- Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the industrial or automotive industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
