Customer Service Specialist I (In Office - Maitland, FL)
-Must be bilingual in Spanish
Start Date:
March 16, 2026 Pay: $20.50/hr ($21.50/hr bilingual Spanish)
100% In-Office Call Center Environment - bilingual (Spanish)

What You'll Do- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat
- Answer questions, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues
- Document interactions and follow established procedures
- Assist customers with online account access and system navigation
- Meet quality and performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year call center or office customer service experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a structured call center setting
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and general PC navigation
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
- Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish, insurance/workers' comp knowledge, experience with cloud-based ACD/CRM or Five9
