Part-Time Receptionist; Administrative - Bilingual

We are hiring part‑time Receptionists with a starting pay of $17 per hour! This position will work flexible hours, including open, mid, and closing shifts, Friday through Sunday. Bilingual preferred. Toyota of Orlando is located near the Mall at Millenia!

• Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet customers as they enter the dealership
• Data entry
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail
• Flexible hours
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Comfortable with answering a multi‑line system
• Professional appearance a must
• Friendly and courtesy disposition
• Bilingual, preferred

• Self‑starter
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with fellow employees
• Ability to multi‑task
