Bilingual Teller: Elevate Customer Banking

Position Overview

As a full‑time Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based at the Denovo Market at Southside Branch located at 2811 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806. Spanish bilingual preferred.

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and fostering loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate them on available alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer conversations and make appropriate referrals.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
• No prior experience required; related experience or certifications may be considered.
• Strong customer focus and ability to identify and pursue banking opportunities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, problem‑solving, and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital tools and ability to leverage technology for customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
