Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager | Active Comply | Orlando, FL (Remote) | Individual Contributor

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You'll be the go-to person for helping compliance teams at banks and mortgage lenders get real, measurable value out of our platform — and you'll be a key voice internally for what clients need next.

• Own a book of accounts and drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion
• Lead onboardings, QBRs, and ongoing check-ins to ensure clients are hitting their compliance goals
• Become a product expert across Social Shield, Trust Frame, Web Compass, and Virtual Verify
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
• Capture and advocate for client feedback to influence the product roadmap
• Track key health metrics (NPS, usage, renewal risk) and keep your CRM clean

• 2–4 years in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing SaaS role
• Strong communicator — clear, direct, and empathetic with non-technical compliance audiences
• Organized self-starter who can manage a portfolio without hand-holding
• Comfortable navigating regulated industries; financial services or Reg Tech experience is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
