This position will be responsible for all collection activity on accounts to maintain the best possible portfolio performance and customer service. This may be done with the use of a predictive dialer system as well as working manually from lists provided. Areas of responsibility are Inbound, Outbound, Blended collections, Pending, Latitudes, Solutions and Recovery and Condo (Maintenance and Taxes).

- Communicate with owners via telephone and make diligent efforts to collect all open items on an account, including delinquent payments, delinquent maintenance, taxes, use fees, and deed recovery, as necessary.
- Ensure timely contact with accounts and determine if additional research or skip tracing is required.
- Keep owners informed about the status of their accounts with clear and detailed communication during each interaction.
- Adhere to training and quality guidelines to ensure proper collection methods and provide quality customer service during all calls.
- Minimum of 2 years of collections and/or customer service call center experience preferred.
- Experience using a predictive dialer system preferred.
- Comfortable with continuous phone use throughout the workday.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced call center environment.
