Position Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 11:30am–8:00pm (schedule may start earlier based on business needs). This position will also require working holidays.
Introduction
4 Corner Resources is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Manager for a fast-paced airport car rental operation in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing daily front-line operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in fast-paced settings similar to Disney, hospitality, or luxury service environments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused heavily on customer satisfaction, service recovery, and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental process
- Greet customers professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Support daily operations across rental, return, shuttle, and customer service teams
- Monitor customer activity and operational flow using company systems and iPads
- Handle customer escalations and provide service recovery solutions
- Lead by example to maintain strong team morale and customer satisfaction scores
- Assist with operational needs across the property in a hands-on leadership capacity
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, rental car, hotel, retail, or other fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
- High-energy, outgoing, and customer-first personality
- Basic computer and technology proficiency required
