Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Bilingual Cashier Clerk to support a busy public-sector legal services environment in Orlando, FL. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a bilingual English and Spanish professional with experience in cashiering, customer service, banking, collections, retail, or financial transaction processing.

In this role, you will assist customers with payment transactions, answer account-related questions, maintain accurate records, and support daily administrative operations within a professional courthouse setting. Key Responsibilities

- Accept and process customer payments using cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
- Provide courteous bilingual customer service in English and Spanish for payment inquiries and account transactions.
- Enter customer information, payment details, and transaction updates into Excel and internal systems.
- Balance cash receipts, maintain accurate records, and follow established cash-handling procedures.
- Prepare routine reports and support daily operations within the traffic collections department.
- Handle confidential customer and financial information with professionalism and discretion.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
