Signature Service Representative Compensation and Schedule

Hourly Rate: $18hr - $20hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service support to homeowners from point of sale through project completion, creating opportunities for a world‑class experience.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments, provide information, and facilitate resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents and communication regarding remodeling projects.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales department and field operations to maintain consistent communication with customers.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 1‑2 years of Computer/Administrative Experience.
  • At least 1‑2 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • Construction/Home Improvement Administrative Experience is Preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high volume and multiple deadlines.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
